 What is eServices?
eServices is an invoice-reporting tool CESCO can provide to all customers. It features many benefits, including:
- Access to your CESCO invoices (information updated nightly)
- Accessible to multiple users
- It’s FREE!
How do I sign up for eServices?
Signing up for eServices is simple:
- Click on ‘Click here to join,’ complete the new membership form and submit.
- A CESCO representative will process your request within 24 hours and notify you by email when it is completed.
- Once you receive your username and password, visit www.cescoequip.com click on the eServices sign in tab, located on the left side of the screen of our home page.
- You will then be prompted to log in using your newly-created username and password.
- It’s that easy!
How do I access my information?
Click the eServices link, found above. Use your provided username and password to log in.
- Under "My Account" there are two useful functions:
- The subheading "My Account" allows you to view your aging balances
- The subheading "Outstanding Details" displays your outstanding invoice numbers and balances
Will I still receive my month end statements?
Yes, you will still receive your month end statements as you do today. eServices is an additional online service provided to all customers who would like up to date daily access to their invoices and other account information. If you have further questions, please contact 208.888.3337.
