Rental rates are based on 8-hour day/ 24-hour period, 40-hour/ 7 day week, 176-hour/ 4 week month. Hour meter will determine additional charges.

Rates exclude freight, fuel, cleaning and taxes.  Delivery and Pick Up subject to zone charge.  All rentals will be charged to respective area's sales tax.  Rental rates are F.O.B. designated CESCO facility. 

Rates begin/end at originating CESCO location.

Customer to furnish qualified operator and use equipment within rated capacity.

Lessee must provide a certificate of insurance for liability and physical damage coverage prior to the equipment leaving the yard.

CESCO is held harmless and is not responsible for any and all of our rental fleet complying with state regulations concerning weight, width, height when transporting or driving.

CESCO is also not responsible and is to be held harmless in the event contamination occurs to any property as a result of leaks and spills from our equipment while on rent.

Lessee must make CESCO aware if machinery is to be used in or around hazardous materials (chemicals, poisons, radiation, etc.)

Lessee ensures that normal daily maintenance is performed - such as fuel, grease, oil level checks and changes, tire pressure, etc.

Periodic maintenance as outlined in operator's manual. Customer may schedule with CESCO to perform service at renter's expense. Copies of all service records need to be returned with machine.

Lessee must make CESCO aware if machinery is to be used in or around hazardous materials (chemicals, poisons, radiation, etc.).

Customer responsible for: wear items: (teeth, c.edges, hammer bits), air filters (replace as needed), tire flats, cuts, abrasions and excess wear. Rubber track machines: cuts abrasions and excess wear.

Articulated haul trucks, motor graders and 4WD loaders subject to tire wear charges.

Customer responsible for damage to equipment, including charge for out-of-service time to repair damages.

CESCO has the right to terminate rental, when in their opinion the machines are being damaged by improper use

Machines are to be returned clean and full of fuel.
